Tim Hamilton, President/CEO

In 2000 Tim joined the Valtim team as Executive Vice President, bringing with him a robust background in Information Systems integration. By 2002 – following his promotion to President/CEO – Tim coupled Valtim’s distinguished information management reputation in the direct marketing industry with emerging technologies, creating remarkable opportunities to broaden the company’s position as a “one-stop” marketing solutions provider. Presently, Valtim is recognized for providing not only integrated, multi-channel services to elite organizations, but is a market leader in lead generation, lead conversion, and outsourced catalog and e-commerce fulfillment. Tim emphasizes “The easy part is envisioning what could be. The hard part our dedicated employees handle: implementing what should be.”

Tim was proud and honored to succeed his parents, and Valtim co-founders, in leadership of their then 14-year-old direct marketing services company. As President Tim employs a “lead by example” approach to instilling the company core values that contribute to its success: dedication, analysis, anticipation, organization, and execution to name a few. He maintains oversight responsibility to Valtim’s operations as CEO, ensuring a results-oriented performance environment and commanding innovation which charts the direction for the company’s future and the success of its clients’ missions.

After graduating from The College of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Tim launched his career in information systems engineering and ascended to the role of Deputy Director of Information Technology (IT) as a government contractor under the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs. This ascension also earned him the title of Chief Information Officer with the privately held IT firm for which he worked. Tim’s duties and accomplishments in those roles included hardware and software selection, engineering and deployment for multi-million dollar pilot programs that have been widely accepted throughout the Department of Defense IT system standards. His achievements and tenure in the hyper-paced IT market in our nation’s capital was the perfect primer for the dynamic challenges and demands he assumed at Valtim.
