Joseph C. Marotta, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Marotta is responsible for the oversight of Valtim’s financial and operational controls. Since he joined the Valtim team in June of 2003, Joe has been instrumental in implementing a robust enterprise resource planning (ERP) system as well as enhancing the company’s internal control procedures.

Joe began his career with the New York Metro Office of KPMG Peat Marwick. Prior to joining Valtim, he was a manager with one of the nation’s largest regional public accounting firms. Throughout his career in public accounting, he was responsible for financial audits of and tax engagements for a wide variety of manufacturing and non-profit organizations, both public and private. This breadth of experience gives Joe the invaluable ability to provide innovative solutions to financial and operational challenges, while always remaining focused on maintaining customer satisfaction.

Joe received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the College of William and Mary. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
