Harvey Hamilton, Chairman of the Board

Valtim’s commitment to superior service and success providing customized service solutions was cultivated by the ambition and integrity of its principal owner and co-founder, Harvey Hamilton.  Beginning in the late 70s as a business owner in the commercial and residential construction industry, Harvey was determined to create a work environment where he could be proud of the products and services that he sold by ensuring consistent innovation and the highest standards of quality.  He “merged” this value standard with his entrepreneurial business principles in the early 80s as a successful independent acquisition broker for regional and national cable companies, exposing him to extensive experience in financial structuring and negotiations for mergers and acquisitions. 

Coupling Harvey’s keen business instincts and his co-founder’s twenty-plus years in fundraising and data processing experience, Valtim was incorporated in 1986 as a database management and processing company.  Since 1986, Harvey has continued to expand Valtim’s service solutions into a full line of direct response services while keeping the company a closely held, family-run proprietorship.  Most importantly, he has preserved the indispensable values of innovation and quality throughout Valtim’s growth and service-line expansion by instilling a “top-down” philosophy of value-added consultation and responsiveness to client’s needs. The result is an entire company committed to superior client service and a history of success providing customized service solutions. 

His current role as Chairman of the Board allows him time to benefit from the “fruits of his labor” while remaining challenged with business development strategy and presiding over future corporate goals and objectives.  He entrusts the results to Valtim’s President/CEO, and son, Tim Hamilton.
