Instructions for first-time accessing Citrix reports:

1. Click the button below. This will download the Web Client Plug-in, (CitrixReceiver.exe) to your local drive (ie. C:\Temp).

2. Run CitrixReceiver.exe by selecting WINDOWS / START / RUN and enter path to CitrixReceiver.exe (ie. C:\Temp\CitrixReceiver.exe) and Click OK.

3. Allow approximately 5 seconds to pass so that the program can register.

4. Then Close your web browser and reopen it to initialize the Citrix Web Client
